Episode 23: Thomas Laudenbach

As a student, he contested motorbike races. As an engineer, cars became his great passion. Thomas Laudenbach came to Porsche in 1998. On 1 October 2021, he succeeded Fritz Enzinger as the Vice President of Porsche Motorsport. In the latest “Inside E” podcast, he talks about the importance of Formula E, his expectations of the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team and how Porsche Motorsport will tackle future challenges. 

  

Episode 22: Sami Khedira

Sami Khedira has done it all as a footballer. Winning the 2014 World Cup title for Germany was the highlight of his career. Episode 21: André Lotterer & Pascal Wehrlein

Porsche’s second season in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship proved to be a huge challenge for André Lotterer and Pascal Wehrlein. They achieved successes with the Porsche 99X Electric and contributed significantly to the further development of the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team. Since 2009, he has been President of the FIA. In the 19th episode of the "Inside E" podcast, the Frenchman talks about racing during a pandemic, the Formula E success story and the social responsibilities of the FIA and motorsport.

  

Episode 18: Simona De Silvestro

Simona De Silvestro from Switzerland is the first female works driver in the history of Porsche Motorsport. In the 18th episode of the "Inside E" podcast on International Women’s Day on 8 March, she talks about her role as a woman in a male-dominated world, about the early days of her extraordinary career as a racing driver and the goals she hopes to achieve with Porsche in the coming years.

  

Episode 17: Amiel Lindesay

Last season, the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team enjoyed a successful debut in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in Diriyah. The team now returns to the streets on the outskirts of the Saudi capital, Riyadh, for the opening round of the new season, which features two night races on 26th and 27th February. In the 17th episode of the "Inside E" podcast, Amiel Lindesay, Head of Operations Formula E, reveals how much the team and drivers are looking forward to the start of the season, why cancelling the races in Chile was the right decision, and how confident everyone involved is that they can meet the higher expectations.

The TAG Heuer Formula E Team kicks off its second season in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in Santiago de Chile on 16/17 January. Episode 14: Malte Huneke

Two podium finishes, a pole position and many other highlights – Malte Huneke has every reason to be happy with the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team’s rookie season in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. No manufacturer has enjoyed such success right from the start in the history of Formula E since the second season. Yet, in the 14th episode of the "Inside E" podcast, the Technical Project Leader says: “Am I happy? 80 percent, I would say.” Huneke also talks about the highlights of his career at Porsche to date, the most important experiences from the first eleven races in Formula E and his expectations for the new season starting in January.

  

Episode 13: André Lotterer

André Lotterer (DE) and the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team have completed their first season together. After the Porsche works driver finished second to claim a spot on the podium at the opening race weekend in Diriyah (SA), he repeated the feat at the “restart” in Berlin (DE). He went on to finish in the points in the following four races and, in eighth place, was the best German in the Drivers’ Championship. In the 13th episode of the “Inside E” podcast, Lotterer looks back on his first year with Porsche in Formula E. The 38-year-old also discusses the rapid development of the fully-electric racing series and his new team-mate, Pascal Wehrlein, whose signing was announced recently. Lotterer also reveals which races he is particularly looking forward to next season and his goal for 2021.

  

Episode 12: Pascal Wehrlein

As of next season, Pascal Wehrlein will reinforce the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team as a regular driver alongside André Lotterer. In the 12th episode of the “Inside E” podcast, the 25-year-old talks about the new challenge and his goals with Porsche. Despite his young age, Wehrlein brings a lot of experience to the team. He can also look back on major successes in international motorsport. 

  

Episode 11: Jamie Reigle

Episode 10: Neel Jani & André Lotterer

The Formula E finale in Berlin will see the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team report back at the beginning of August, after a break from racing of more than five months. In the 10th episode of the “Inside E” podcast, the two Porsche works drivers Neel Jani and André Lotterer talk about their excitement over the upcoming six races. They also look back at the period of the coronavirus lockdown and report on their experiences in the ABB Formula E “Race at Home Challenge” and in the virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans.

  

Episode 9: Joshua Rogers

Joshua Rogers is currently regarded as one of the best sim racers in the world. Success has seen the Australian quickly make a name for himself on the Esports scene – particularly in association with Porsche. Last autumn, the 20-year-old was crowned champion of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup. Rogers has recently competed for the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team in a virtual Porsche 99X Electric in the ABB Formula E “Race at Home Challenge”, as well as in the virtual version of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In the 9th episode of the "Inside E" podcast, Rogers discusses his origins in motorsport, his move from real to virtual motor racing, the parallels and differences between both worlds, and his collaboration with the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer.

  

Episode 8: Kyle Wilson-Clarke & Fabrice Roussel

As race engineers in the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team, Kyle Wilson-Clarke and Fabrice Roussel have a direct line to the two works drivers Neel Jani and André Lotterer. In the 8th episode of the “Inside E” podcast, the duo talk about the tasks of race engineers, the special features of Formula E and their close collaboration with the drivers. Wilson-Clarke and Roussel also explain why the team concept is the crucial factor for success.

Episode 4: Pascal Zurlinden

Pascal Zurlinden is another team member from the successful LMP1 project breaking new ground. As Director Factory Motorsport, he has been responsible for both the GT race series and the Formula E projects since August, and thereby part of the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team. In the 4th episode of the “Inside E” podcast, Zurlinden talks about his union with Porsche, the future of motorsport and the special characteristics of Formula E.

  

Episode 3: Amiel Lindesay
